We have designed several after-market parts for Scotsman Ice Machines at the request of a large service provider. The complaint about plastic trays is that almost every time the motor failed, the drip tray cracked. Since the drip tray is plastic, it usually cracked and had to be replaced. We designed this stainless steel drip tray that will NOT break or fail. It is dimensionally a “drop-in replacement”, but will NOT crack! We provide a five (5) year warranty on this part! If this part fails within five (5) years of purchase, we will replace it for FREE!
